    cut your sprouts in half. marinate your brussels sprouts in a ziploc bag with tamari or soy sauce, salt, and pepper. roast them in the oven.

    Those Brussels sprouts are AMAZING! I have some in my garden but they're still so small. I love the way they look on the stalk. My favorite way to eat them? With caramelized white onions, a bit of brown sugar and butter. They're my second favorite vegetable...yum!
